Mayor David Bogdala kicked off the morning with insights into the city’s economic momentum and long-term growth strategy, highlighting the public and private efforts driving transformation across the region.
Nicole Ryf, President of the Kenosha Area Business Alliance, detailed significant industrial investments and business attraction efforts, while Tim Casey, Director of Development, outlined city-led projects designed to catalyze growth. Scott Yauck, President of Cobalt Partners, introduced attendees to ambitious waterfront redevelopment plans that promise to reshape the urban landscape and attract new opportunities.
Kelly Armstrong, President of KIN, shared how the Innovation Neighborhood is laying the foundation for next-generation companies, emphasizing inclusivity and innovation at its core.
