The CCIM Wisconsin Chapter presents a unique opportunity to hear from Developer Tim Gokhman about one of Milwaukee’s newest projects. Ascent, a 25-story, 492,000 SF mixed-use development in downtown Milwaukee, is set to become the tallest mass timber tower in the world. Scheduled to break ground late summer 2020, the Korb+Associates designed building will stand 283 feet tall, and take only 22 months to construct.
Hear from Tim Gokhman, Managing Director of New Land Enterprises, who will discuss the project’s structure, design and strategy, and how mass timber can transform the building industry.
