More than 75 CCIM Wisconsin Members and guests enjoyed an exclusive look at the Third Ward’s newest landmark, the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel. Attendees enjoyed an evening of networking, project discussion, hotel tours and views. Bob Kraft of First Pathway Partners led a discussion about the project’s unique development and financing using the EB-5 program.
