proposed bylaws change increasing board of directors size from 19 to 21 and at-large directors to a maximum of 5. At-large directors are non-REALTOR members.
Section 3. Board of Directors. The governing body of the Association shall be a Board of Directors of no more than twenty-0ne (21) nineteen (19) Directors consisting of four (4) elected Officers, eleven (11) Directors and the Immediate Past Chairman plus no more than five (5) three (3) At-Large Directors. Directors shall be elected to serve for terms of staggered three (3) years. New Directors shall be elected each year, as required to fill Director vacancies.
