James currently serves as a SaaS Account Executive with Moody’s/RediComps, where he helps commercial real estate
professionals leverage market intelligence, analytics, and technology solutions to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
With more than 25 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate, James brings a strong background in strategic real estate investment, SaaS sales, financial analysis, underwriting, and relationship-driven business development. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed more than $100 million in acquisitions and dispositions while helping organizations maximize profitability and portfolio performance.
Most recently, James served as Senior Investments Analyst at VineBrook Homes, where he led acquisition and disposition initiatives across multiple markets. In that role, he executed more than $40 million in dispositions and over $50 million in acquisitions while setting company performance records. His expertise spans underwriting, contract negotiations, due diligence, investment strategy, and collaboration with executive leadership, asset management, accounting, and property management teams.
