Q) How do you describe the Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Community?
A) What I find the most interesting and exciting about the CRE community is that everyone needs and wants to collaborate to get deals done. This not only goes for the brokers but all of the affiliates as well. When a deal is completed there are numerous affiliates that can benefit from the transaction. For this reason, CARW events are always fun because people are talking deals and making things happen in the area.
Q) What has been your favorite CARW event and why?
A)The CARW golf outing is always one of my favorites. Everyone is in a great mood, the sun is shining, and summer is in full swing (get it!). The conversations we have are amazing as people talk about summer vacations and what the year looks like. It is a positive vibe all around.
Q) What is a current commercial real estate trend or project that you’re excited about?
A) Earlier this year we did all the signage for the Lake Country Dockhounds new baseball stadium in Oconomowoc. It was a great collaboration with the ball park, the other vendors, and most of all Wisconsin Brewing Company. Their vision for their brand for the next 10 years is incredible. Look for great things coming to the Milwaukee Market from them!
