In December, CARW conducted a members survey. It’s usually a good idea to check in with members every few years or so, to see if strategies are working, programs are sticking, and benefits are resonating. We asked about programming, communication, branding, benefits and more. Big thanks to those who completed the survey – one lucky winner (Trent Poole) will receive two Bucks tickets for an upcoming game. Check out the high-level results here that will influence and strengthen our offerings in 2017:
- 65% of respondents say they do more than half of their business with a member of CARW. 35% say that more than ¾ of their business is with CARW members.
- 83% of respondents say they actively seek members of CARW to do business with.
- The top three reasons members cited for the value they gain from CARW are 1) networking opportunities; 2) legislative advocacy and 3) educational opportunities
- 80% of members answered that they felt that their member dues either fully or more than fully matched the value they receive from CARW.
We received a number of other suggestions for specific programming and national opportunities. Members commented that they enjoy the new next gen offerings and engagement with high-level programming of CCIM.
