On Tuesday, we kicked off our Membership Meeting series with 150 of our CARW members at The Wisconsin Country Club. We welcomed Steven Paynter with Gensler to discuss the algorithm he developed that assesses the suitability of converting office buildings into housing. Steven was followed by a panel of local experts who provided their insight on their own local conversion projects. Thank you to Steven Paynter, Jon Searles, Johnny Vassallo, S.R. The panel enjoyed a little friendly banter as they pondered how their own projects would rank within Paynter’s algorithm and whether or not they would qualify for WHEDA of TIF incentives
