The Rotary Club of Milwaukee recently hosted a program on the Southeast Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Market, featuring insights from three CARW CEO Tracy Johnson, and Members, James Barry III (The Barry Company), and Matt Hunter (Hunter Real Estate).
The panel dug into not only the latest market numbers, trends, projects, and predictions, but also the bigger issues shaping the future of commercial real estate. Topics included interest rates, tariffs, shifting demographics, the growing demand for energy, and the importance of public–private partnerships. The discussion highlighted how deeply policy and real estate are intertwined in driving economic growth.
Panelists were especially optimistic about Wisconsin’s economic outlook, underscoring the opportunities ahead for investment and development across the state.
We are grateful to the Rotary Club of Milwaukee for hosting such a timely and forward-looking conversation. Video is HERE –>Tuesday Luncheon – Commercial Real Estate in Southeast Wisconsin
