Yesterday, CARW visited Titletown in Green Bay for a Green Bay/ Fox Valley Market update. We heard from Aaron Popkey with the Green Bay Packers on how the Titletown development has impacted the region economically and specifically the commercial real estate industry. If you haven’t visited, a trip to Titletown is a must.
Our panel of industry experts Tom Fisk with NAI Pfefferle, Aaron Schuette with the Village of Ashwaubenon, and Mark Pucci with Colliers provided their insights into the area and what their market is currently seeing in the market.
- Industrial real estate is still incredibly strong and vacancy is low.
- Historically low unemployment rates.
- There are still quite a few large vacant office spaces.
- Titletowntech is working to bring more technology to the area.
- Multifamily is strong and continuing to expand.
- The economic impact of Titletown has been huge for the area and Wisconsin as a whole. The 2025 draft will bring in $90 million to the state of Wisconsin
- Green Bay & Fox Valley markets are continuing to merge and become one large market. They continue to look to pull from a larger area for the labor pool.
