CARW has earned the Diamond level of the National Association of REALTORS® Commercial Services Accreditation, the highest recognition in the program. Only a small number of REALTOR® associations across the country reach this level.
To earn Diamond status, an association must meet more than 40 benchmarks beyond NAR’s baseline accreditation requirements. They cover member services, education, advocacy, technology, communications and engagement.
“This recognition belongs to our members,” said Tracy Johnson, CARW President and CEO. “It reflects the work our members, board and staff put in every day to advance commercial real estate in Wisconsin.”
As a Diamond association, CARW also receives a grant from NAR to reinvest in programs and services for commercial members.
