Q: What are the basics of the CARW REDI/Catylist partnership?
A: There are 4 major benefits that CARW enjoys, on behalf of its members.

Q: What experience does REDI/Catylist bring to the table?
A: REDI has been researching and providing Data Exchange solutions for over 25 years. Catylist began its technology career in 2001 building solutions for CCIM. Together, REDI/Catylist services more than 50 markets.

Q: Will the CARW Exchange contain all buildings – listed or not?
A: REDI/Catylist has and continues to build out the entire base property universe of all commercially classed buildings in the coverage area, by hand, one building at a time. This is methodically handled this way to ensure that the CARW Exchange will have the most complete, and most accurate data set possible. Every building, every listing, every parcel. Sale & lease availabilities, comps, and off-market properties.
Q: What if I have a listing outside of the coverage area?
A: As an CARW Exchange Member, we can add your listing anywhere in the nation where it will receive the same attention-grabbing marketing practices as all your local listings.
Q: What is the ongoing cost of being a CARW Exchange Member? How much are Admins and/or Trainees?
A: CARW Members are just $95/mo. Office Administrators and non-licensed Trainees are FREE of charge.
Q: Will the CARW Exchange have a national presence, and what is the cost?
A: Yes. Your listings will automatically be syndicated to our publicly viewable commercial real estate marketplace commercialexchange.com. We also employ SEO and REDI/Catylist paid for advertising to major search engines so your properties will appear as high as possible in web search results. You will also enjoy national access for searching availabilities and or comps. All of this comes at no added cost with your CARW Exchange membership.
Q: How does the CARW Exchange help in the marketing of my listings?
A: As a CARW Exchange member, your listings are available and searchable to other members, and to the public across the nation, and the world. We work with local Economic Development Corporations to expose your listings leveraging their ‘developmental’ promoting efforts and web sites. We send out weekly ‘HotSheets’ showcasing new listings, you will be able to send out broadcast emails on your listings, and we can set you up with a viewer so you can show your listings on your web site, complete with searching capabilities for a professional and sophisticated look.
Q: Is there a Broadcast email system included in the CARW Exchange?
A: Yes. We have a robust Broadcast Emailing system built into the CARW Exchange so you or your Admin can broadcast your listings locally, and nationally. We also track and report to you on who is looking at your emails. All of this comes at no cost as a CARW Exchange member benefit.
Q: Can I track when someone views my listings?
A: Yes. We track every ‘hit’ or ‘click’ on your listing and provide you with a comprehensive report of how the person interacted with your listing, through what portal they viewed your listing (Google, an Association Exchange, EDC site, CommercialExchange, etc.). You can view a macro report of all your listings, a report on an individual listing for reporting to your client, and for a certain time period of 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, etc.
Q: Will Sale Comps be included?
A: Yes, including historically researched data.
Q: Is there a Mobile App, or does the CARW Exchange work on my mobile device?
A: Yes. We even include a ‘locate me’ feature to find and start viewing data at your current geographic location.

A: Yes. We meet with member firm research experts quarterly who are instrumental in confirming data. Reports with Vacancies/Absorption and more are available to members each quarter.

Q: Other Data services limit the use of their data. Are there limits on my use of the CARW Data?
A: With the CARW and REDI/Catylist agreement, CARW retains ownership in the data which you can export a universal .csv file format for importing in to your CRM, favorite spreadsheet for business development, or other systems as desired.
Q: I want to minimize having to enter, and re-enter my listings. How does the process work of adding my listings to the CARW Exchange?
A: REDI will have a designated researcher for you to work with for adding and maintaining listings. Leverage our research team to help manage your listings in the CARW Exchange with minimal effort required.
