CARW ANNOUNCES 2017 BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MILWAUKEE – CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS ® Wisconsin), the voice of commercial real estate in Wisconsin, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2017 Board of Directors. The Board of Directors was installed and presented to the membership, comprised of more than 625 commercial real estate professionals, at the annual CRE Awards event on October 19, 2016.

Curt Pitzen NAI MLG Commercial will assume the role as Chairman for a one-year term. New to the board, CARW welcomes Kevin Armstrong of CBRE, Inc., Tim Nelson, CCIM, of Irgens, David Pudlosky of JLL and Chad Vande Zande, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE. Kevin, Tim, David and Chad will serve for a 3-year term. Jeff Hoffman, CCIM, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE, will serve as Immediate Past Chairman in 2017 after serving as Chairman in 2016.
Kevin Armstrong is the Market Leader for CBRE Inc.’s Wisconsin brokerage and asset services operations. Kevin has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. With CBRE, Inc., he oversees a staff of almost 90 real estate professionals in the Milwaukee, Madison and Wausau offices. Kevin is responsible for ensuring clients’ brokerage, real estate management, property disposition and property acquisition needs are met. He brings extensive transaction experience to his role as Managing Director. His broad experience across lines of business and multiple markets seats Kevin ideally to continue growing the Wisconsin practice in the coming years.
Tim Nelson, CCIM, is Vice President of Real Estate Services at Irgens and offers over 17 years of experience in real estate. Tim has been involved in many land and building transactions ranging from the representation of building owners for the sale of properties to representing large corporations for the leasing of their corporate headquarters. He also specializes in site location, selection and acquisition for build-to-suit and at-risk development. In the past, Tim has previously served CCIM Wisconsin as a Board member and President, and also local government with the Village of Butler, including the Board of directors, Community Development Authority, Building Board and Public Safety Committee. He currently sits on the Village of Menomonee Falls Board of Review.
David Pudlosky is the Vice President at JLL and has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a member of the office services team, he is responsible for office brokerage operations including tenant representation, investment property sales and sale/leaseback opportunities. David actively manages client relations and new business development efforts in the Greater Milwaukee market, the state of Wisconsin, and the country.
Chad Vande Zande, SIOR, is Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE and has 23 years of industrial real estate experience. The first 15 years were spent at Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE as a Real Estate Salesperson and Principal of the firm. In 2006, Chad accepted a position at CenterPoint as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. During his 8 years with CenterPoint, he acquired over $750 million of industrial properties. Now, as one of the Industrial Team leaders, Chad has a diverse industrial background as both a broker and investment specialist.
