Milwaukee, WI – CARW, the voice of commercial real estate in Wisconsin, announced the 2015 commercial real estate brokerage Deals of the Year at the 2015 CARW CRE Awards event held October 14th at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event recognizes the deals of the year which define the commercial brokerage community for the more than 600-member organization.
The prestigious CARW Deal of the Year recognitions were awarded in six categories: Bank Loan, Development Industrial, Investment, Office and Retail. Retail and Bank Loan categories were added to recognize the breadth and scope of work of the brokerage industry. Finalists in each category were featured in video vignettes at the event. A complete list of nominees can be found by visiting www.CARW.com.
”We received nominations from throughout the state including some massive transactions and developments,” said Tracy Johnson, CARW President and CEO. “There was a spike in submissions involving transactions in Downtown Milwaukee, supporting the notion that there is a real draw to the CBD and an urban commercial setting.” “In addition, we saw a great deal of collaboration in the deals which included multiple brokerage firms and developers,” Johnson continued. “Nominees, finalists, and winners are true changemakers for the community driving economic exchange, jobs and visibility for our State.”
