CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS ® Wisconsin), the voice of commercial real estate in Wisconsin, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2015/16 Board of Directors. The Board of Directors was officially installed as of October 1, 2015 and was presented to the membership, comprised of 600 commercial real estate professionals, at the annual CRE Awards event on October 14, 2015.

Jeff Hoffman, CCIM, SIOR with Boerke Co. | Cushman & Wakefield Alliance will assume the role as Chairman for a one-year term. New to the board, CARW welcomes Tom Bruss of Commercial Property Associates, Adam Dreier of Mid-America Real Estate, and Heather Turner Loth with EUA. Tom will serve for a three-year term and Heather, as an affiliate director, for a one-year term. Tom Shepherd of Colliers International is leaving the board after serving as Past Chairman in 2015. Adam Dreier was appointed to complete Dan Cohen’s second three-year term which began in 2015. Paul Galbraith of Somerset Properties, will serve as Past Chairman in 2016 after serving as Chair in 2015.
Jeff Hoffman, CCIM, SIOR specializes in developing and executing real estate strategies for occupiers and landlords of industrial real estate. Hoffman joined the firm in 2014 as a Partner, after 14 years working for Judson & Associates on their Industrial Real Estate Services team. Hoffman has completed over $160 million in sales transactions and 1.35 million square feet of leased space in his career. His community leadership roles have included: Waukesha County Business Alliance Infrastructure Committee Chair & Board Member, the Commercial Association of Realtors, President of the New Berlin Rotary Club, President of the Independent Business Association-Wisconsin, and Junior Achievement. He is a past winner in 2012 and runner up in 2013 for the CARW Industrial Deal of the Year, and is part of the leadership group on The Boerke Company’s Industrial Team. He attended University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (Business Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate).
Tom Bruss is a Partner with Commercial Property Associates. Tom has been with Commercial Property Associates 
for 21 years and has extensive experience in retail leasing and sales, tenant representation, and site selection and analysis for retailers and developers. He joined Commercial Property Associates in 1994 after receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Tom is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Retail Broker Network (RBN) where he sits on the Executive Committee and also chairs the Midwest Region. Tom has worked with various national retailers such as Arby’s, Chili’s, Chase Bank, Rue 21, Davita Dialysis, Firehouse Subs, Maggiano’s, Macaroni Grill, Big Bowl, On the Border, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Subway, Walgreens, Cinemark, Marco’s Pizza, Ethan Allen, Access Financial, Logan’s Roadhouse, and Cheddars. On the Landlord side, he represents many national and regional owners and developers by marketing their various properties in the Wisconsin market. Tom also has worked for the last ten years with Excess Space Retail Services handling the disposition of excess real estate for national retailers such as Autozone, Hollywood Video, Movie Gallery, and Outback Steakhouse.
Adam Dreier Mr. Dreier specializes in Tenant Representation of national and regional retailers throughout the state of Wisconsin. Mr. Dreier works with each client to define a space requirement, identify suitable locations, and negotiate lease terms tailored to their specific needs. Mr. Dreier joined Mid-America Real Estate as a Broker Associate in 2002, and became a principal in 2012. Prior to his affiliation with Mid-America Real Estate, he worked in the industrial commercial real estate market locally. Mr. Dreier graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Development. Currently, he is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin, and a member of ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
Heather Turner Loth is in Project Development for Epstein Uhen Architects. Heather has over 15 years of experience across the A/E/C industry in construction management, project management and business development. Prior to joining EUA, Heather managed the estimating and audit department for retail projects, as well as overseeing pre-construction for a local retail company. Additionally, she has experience leading business development and project management from design through construction for a local design build firm. Her background includes experience in construction management, working with municipalities, as well as Senior Manager of Pre-Development at Kohl’s Corporate.
