Your opportunities. Your career. Your industry.
Building Talent
Talent is the top priority for any employer. Commercial real estate is no different. Commercial real estate is constantly evolving, keeping the demand strong for many jobs and careers associated with it. Real estate careers are wide-ranging and encompass many different skill-sets from sales to finance to urban planning, construction and more.
Many successful commercial real estate professionals are from the communities they work in. They posses the insights, information and passion to improve and grow their communities. In Wisconsin, 2/3 of commercial licensees attended post-secondary education in this State. They built their networks, knowledge and passion for success in these communities.
A key to success in commercial real estate is building a strong network. To build a network, you need a place to start. CARW and other organizations can help provide that network by offering programming, networking opportunities and access to the people and information necessary to launch a successful career in real estate.
Our leadership is committed to ensuring that CARW provides access and over time, will build programs and opportunities to do so including our intern portal and job posting forms for members, and Mentor intake forms which will be shared with career centers at the Universities. We will collaborate with partners interested in expanding the reach of our Industry.
