Jenna Maguire joined Founders 3 Real Estate Services (formerly RFP Commercial, Inc.) in 2008. Initially serving as part of the Marketing team for the company, Jenna’s role evolved full time into brokerage in 2013. As an Office Leasing Specialist, Jenna focuses primarily on landlord representation and has worked on behalf of some of Milwaukee’s most prominent landlords and developers to negotiate lease transactions and create value through creative marketing and branding strategies. Jenna’s current listing portfolio includes office buildings totaling over 1.5 million square feet. In addition to her work supporting CARW, Jenna supports Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin (Make a Wish), and the Waukesha Catholic School District with her time.

Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A: No day is the same! There’s no such thing as a typical day in this business.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?
A: After sending a rather abrasive email response as a knee-jerk reaction, Gary Grunau (developer/owner of The Brewery Works/Schlitz Park) scolded me and said “Jenna, always be a nice girl.” I keep that in mind almost constantly, particularly in written communications.
Q: Where did you grow up?
A: Delafield, WI
Q: Who is the most influential person in your life?
A: Personally? My mom. She’s one of my best friends and my biggest cheerleader and supporter in life. Professionally? Ned Purtell. Ned pushed me to take the leap and get into brokerage. Without his mentorship and confidence in my abilities, I’m not sure I would have done it.
