David Pudlosky is Senior Vice President of JLL’s Wisconsin office. As a member of the office services team, he is responsible for managing the operations and strategic growth of the JLL Milwaukee office.
In addition, as the practice group leader for the Tenant Representation team, David is responsible for client relations and new business development efforts in the Greater Milwaukee market.

Q: What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A: My clients. I have some of the best clients with who I truly enjoy working. We have created excellent partnerships and in some cases friendships. I take a lot of pride in being the best I can be in order to help their company succeed.

A: Waukesha, WI.
Q: What made you choose commercial real estate?
A: I wanted an entrepreneur career and lifestyle that would allow me to maximize my earning potential. I wanted to play a role in making a difference in the community I live in by helping other companies succeed through real estate.
Q: What is an important life lesson you’ve learned?
A: Showing up and being available can go a long way in life and in business.
