On Tuesday, December 5th, members learned about Artificial Intelligence from speaker Basel Elkhapery. He discussed AI from the standpoint of leveraging data and creating efficiencies. He suggested that AI will not necessarily ‘take your job’ – however, those who do not embrace it, risk being left out of the progress that is AI. There are many tasks and functions that AI can help expedite in order to free up commercial realtors to spend time servicing clients.
