Accessing Your Invoice
Your dues invoice link has been sent via email. If you are unable to find or access your invoice, please contact membership@carw.com.
Corporate affiliate members may have been billed in bulk; if you are unsure of your status, please check with your office manager.

NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) – REALTOR® members only
National Association of Realtors® Assessment – REALTOR® members only
Voluntary Contributions
You may also see several optional contributions on your invoice. While not required, these funds support important initiatives within our industry and communities.
CARW Foundation
The CARW Foundation provides scholarships for commercial real estate students and supports research that benefits the Wisconsin commercial real estate community.
CARW Local Engagement Contribution
This contribution supports CARW’s advocacy for commercial issues in community forums and programs. Those who participate receive access to policy and community-related programming content.
Direct Giver Program
The Commercial Direct Giver Program allows members to personally direct political contributions to local and state candidates while still supporting CARW’s advocacy efforts. Through this program, you retain full control over your donations, while CARW issues the check to you or directly to the candidate, ensuring recognition for both you and the organization.
Please note: corporate funds cannot be accepted for this contribution.
REALTORS® Foundation
This optional donation supports the Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation (WRF). Over the past 15 years, WRF has granted more than 200 scholarships, including the GRI Scholarship and the REALTOR® Children’s Scholarship.
