Applications for the 2027 CARW NextGen Program open Friday, July 10, 2026.
The CARW NextGen Program is designed for emerging commercial real estate professionals who have completed between two and five years in the industry. Applicants must be CARW members in good standing at the time of application and intend to renew their membership for the following year.
The application requires:
- A letter of recommendation from a firm leader
- A current resume
- A commitment to participate in the 10-month program
If selected, participants will be billed a $100 program fee.
NextGen participants are chosen through a competitive selection process based on the strength of their application, qualifications, endorsements, and overall fit for the program. Between 15 and 25 participants will be selected for the 2027 class.
