The Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) is pleased to open the nomination window for our 2027 Charitable Giving Program. Each year, REACH selects one Wisconsin-based nonprofit to receive a Charitable Giving Program grant of $15,000 per year for a three-year period. We’re proud to support mission-driven organizations that directly improve the lives of children in our communities — especially those that may be
underrecognized by larger funding institutions.
About REACH
REACH is the charitable arm of Wisconsin’s commercial real estate community. Our mission is to improve the lives of those in need by contributing to worthy causes, financially and in-kind,with a special emphasis on initiatives that support children. Our current grant partners, Fondy Food Center, PEARLS for Teen Girls and Bernie’s Book Bank, demonstrate the impact this program can have in uplifting young lives and building stronger
communities. We’re looking for our next impactful partner.
