On May 12th, Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin NextGen was hosted at Two-Fifty for a panel focused on Construction. The group had the opportunity to hear from Joe Jorgensen (VJS Construction Services), Kevin Ellertson (Limitless Property Works), and Luis Mendoza (Gardner Builders), who shared insights on construction costs, interest rates, putting together a bid, and the importance of strong communication throughout a project. The panel also provided attendees with a practical look into the realities of construction and development in today’s market, along with perspectives on collaboration, problem-solving, and navigating challenges across projects and teams.
