Matt joined Founders 3 in early 2025 and has 4 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and sales at NAI Greywolf. During such time Matt leased over 250,000 SF of office space for multiple landlords including Honey Creek Corporate Center, Two-Fifty, The Patent Block and Executive Center V. He also represented ProHealth Care in the successful disposition of multiple office assets as well as investment-grade retail properties.
Matt’s significant lease transactions include the Arizona College of Nursing (25,000 SF), Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (20,000 SF), Mayville Engineering Company (17,000 SF), Progressive Insurance (14,000 SF), Raush Sturm LLP (13,000 SF), Greywolf Partners (13,000 SF), and Regus (11,000 SF).
Matt graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Real Estate and Marketing.
Q) What do you enjoy the most about commercial real estate?
A) I enjoy how our work in this industry interacts with the rest of the business community in SE Wisconsin and the impact that work makes on our communities as a whole.
Q) Where did you grow up?
A) Delafield, WI
Q) What was cool when you were growing up but isn’t cool now?
A) Basketball shorts that went past the knee.
Q) What’s your favorite place to travel to?
A) Anywhere in the Caribbean.
Q) Which projects are you involved in/most excited about?
A) The redevelopment project called the Patent Block where Bear Development is completely transforming the historic building into a modern multi-use project featuring 250,000+ SF of class A office space.
Q) What made you choose Commercial Real Estate?
A) The Real Estate program at Marquette university. I took the intro to Commercial Real Estate class as a sophomore and was completely sold after that. That program, under direction of Andy Hunt, provided the best undergraduate experience possible to set myself up to succeed in this industry.

A) To grow my base of knowledge across different aspects of commercial real estate.
