What does your company specialize in, and what sets you apart in the commercial real estate industry?
Hunter Real Estate is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage focused on leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and strategic advisory services across office, industrial, and retail properties throughout Wisconsin. Through our affiliated property management company, Highground Management, we’re also able to provide integrated property management and operational support that helps clients maximize asset performance long after a transaction is completed. What sets us apart is our relationship-driven approach, deep local market knowledge, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, customized solutions that align with our clients’ long-term business objectives.

What is one challenge you help clients solve, or one way you help them succeed?
One of the biggest challenges we help clients solve is navigating an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving commercial real estate market. Whether it’s helping a tenant evaluate a renewal versus relocation, assisting an owner with lease strategy, improving operational efficiencies through property management, or identifying investment opportunities, we focus on creating clarity, leveraging real-time market intelligence, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. The combination of brokerage and property management expertise through Highground Management also allows us to provide clients with a more proactive and strategic perspective on both leasing and day-to-day asset operations.

What is something your team is excited about right now, whether it’s a project, trend, service, or opportunity in the market?
Our team is excited about the continued momentum and activity we’re seeing across multiple sectors of the market, particularly as businesses continue to rethink how they use space and position themselves for long-term growth. We’re also excited about the growth of Highground Management, which allows us to provide clients with a more integrated and strategic approach to leasing, operations, and overall asset performance.
