In mid-May, five CARW leaders will head to Washington DC to participate in the NAR mid-year convention and legislative visits. T
his conference is among the largest in the country with more than 20,000 people in attendance. Adam Williquette, Ben Adank, Tracy Johnson, Michael Kleber and Curt Pitzen will join the WRA team to meet with our Senators and Congressmen on important commerceal issues.
When we go to DC we’ll be talking about the following issues:
- 1031 Exchange
- Basel 3 Revisions
- EB-5
- Lease Accounting changes
- Marketplace Fairness
- And more.
