On February 8th, the CARW NextGen continued with a panel of Commercial Real Estate Developers. Big thanks to Jerry Franke (WISPARK LLC); Linda Gorens-Levey (General Capital Group); Mark Irgens (Irgens); and Dan McCarthy (Zilber Property Group). The panel was moderated by Jeff Hoffman, CCIM, SIOR (Cushman & Wakefield | BOERKE). They shared with the NextGen group, secrets to their success, challenges they faced throughout their career, and information about how they see commercial real estate evolving with the introduction of technology.
