Overall, we continue to see a lot of activity in Southeastern Wisconsin. Members are very busy and optimistic. The market is strong, and generally, where there are concerns, members feel prepared for the macro and micro economic possibilities citing that ‘they have seen so much of it before’.
Members see our future opportunities stemming from our ability to create new, sustainable jobs; fight to keep property taxes low and developing long-term infrastructure solutions. Focus on these economic drivers will invite investor participation in our market and demonstrate to companies that this is an outstanding place to do business.
