LicensE is the DSPS’ new, online, self-guided occupational license application platform that will soon be live for real estate licensees. This platform is currently being used by other professions and occupations, and real estate licensees will soon join the ranks of the lucky ones who enjoy a better online process. Anyone applying for an initial license using the new LicensE platform can apply at license.wi.gov. This platform went live for real estate on May 1, 2023.
New real estate applicants will soon have an easier time applying for new licenses online, and licensees will soon have a more efficient route to follow for online license renewals.
