On February 21,CARW Members 
visited the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Intro to Real Estate Class led by Chad Venne. Kevin Armstrong (Founders 3 Real Estate), Alyssa Geisler (Irgens) and Patrick Hanrahan (NEWMARK) shared insights on the market and careers in commercial real estate brokerage. Did you know that approximately 1/3rd of CARW REALTOR members went to UW-Milwaukee? Students stayed after to speak with panelists. At the beginning of class, Tracy Johnson asked students to raise their hands if they were interested in a career in commercial real estate. Barely any hands went up. At the end of class the same questions was proposed – at least one quarter of the class responded that they were interested. CARW will work with Chad at UWM to make sure these eager students engage further and hopefully end up in our industry!
