On Tuesday, April 19, CARW members heard from Tom Larson, Executive Vice President for WRA. He discussed the legislative successes of the previous session and the opportunities for the session that lies ahead. Issues included workforce housing, 40-year easements, filled-lands, broadband, civil liability protection. Tom also discussed a number of legal action cases and the process for determining the content of those cases. He also shared some broad perspective on the upcoming fall election cycle and what to watch for.
