We will start distributing renewal invoices via email TODAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2021. To lock in your membership for 2022, dues are due by Wednesday, December 1.
After Wednesday, December 15, 2021, a late fee of $50 will be assessed by CARW. For REALTOR® members, dues paid after Friday, December 31, 2021, assessed a $75 fee and may lose access to WRA & NAR benefits.
We hope that you will take the time to renew your membership and remain part of CARW. Or, take a moment to let us know why you have chosen not to renew. We appreciate your feedback.

Under the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, local associations can no longer include local lobbying expenses in the deductible portion of a member’s annual dues. Local lobbying expenses must now be added to the non-deductible dues amount, along with state and national dues. As a result, the CARW calculated the nondeductible portion of your 2021 local Membership Dues as $0.00. This means CARW local dues are 100% deductible.
