Kristen Parks went to UW-Waukesha and graduated with an Associates Degree.  During her time there she began managing a small retail company which had multiple locations through out Milwaukee. At the time of graduation, she partnered with them and opened her first shop.  Years later she sold her share of the company and went on to open 2 more separate retail stores in Racine County.

 

With over 15 years of owning and operating her own businesses and owning her own real estate, she found that her passion was working with other owners, helping them with their real estate needs.  

Kristen is looking forward to the NextGen program in 2021.  She realizes Expanding her network of other professionals in the field and acquiring more knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry are important to the growth of her new career.  She believes the opportunity to be apart of the program will help her attain her goals.
