Sarah Koenekamp joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 2020 as a production analyst with the investment team. In her current role she focuses on deal progression on behalf of the investment sales team which includes interacting with clients, providing market research on subject properties and markets, as well as content creation including offering memorandums, proposals and opinions of value. She is dedicated toward continually moving transactions forward, which has led to her recently obtaining her Commercial Real Estate License.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, Sarah worked as a marketing coordinator for Mid-America Real Estate Group’s tenant representation team. Her professional experience in retail management and marketing has driven her passion for the commercial real estate market and the role she currently holds today.

Sarah graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Global Studies. She is excited to be a 2021 NextGen participant and to hear from industry professionals about their experiences and thoughts on the changing commercial real estate market. She also looks forward to building relationships with other members of the CARW organization.
