Thank you to everyone who attended the 2026 CARW Deal of the Year event at The Grain Exchange. While this is always a favorite evening of the year, 2026 was extra special as we all celebrated the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 5 of the World Series as part of the event!
We announced the organization’s 2026/27 Board of Directors and the 2026 commercial real estate Deals of the Year. The announcements were presented to an audience of close to 300 commercial real estate professionals.
The prestigious CARW Deal of the Year recognition was awarded in five categories: Development, Industrial, Investment, Office and Retail. The diversity and caliber of this year’s nominees and recipients truly highlight the significant impact our members have across the entire State of Wisconsin. This year, we saw nominations from every corner of the state, representing deals that closed between August 1, 2025, and July 31, 2026.
Through the CARW Foundation, we also recognized one inductee into the CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. The 2026 inductee is Scott Revolinski, Founders 3 Real Estate. The Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those who contribute to the commercial real estate industry and to CARW. The CARW Foundation will give a scholarship in the inductee’s name to UWMilwaukee, which recently launched a commercial real estate certificate.
CARW also recognized four other individuals during the event. Craig Stanley, Broadwing Advisors as CRE Data Champion of the Year or expanding statewide adoption and usage of the Moody’s platform, Kevin Ellertson, Dunhaven Construction Partners as CARW Affiliate of the Year, Rebecca Gries, M7 as Economic Development Leader of the Year, and Jenna Maguire, Colliers as Realtor of the Year
