Congratulations to the 2026 CARW NextGen Class! After 10 months of educational sessions, networking opportunities, property tours, and professional development, the class celebrated its graduation on October 8 at The Terrace at EUA.

This year’s graduates join a network of more than 200 NextGen alumni who have participated in the program since its inception. As we head into the 10th year of NextGen, we are proud to recognize the connections, growth, and lasting impact this program continues to have on Wisconsin’s commercial real estate community.
