In Wisconsin, we expect guidance as to how the State will work with these plans to be reported soon. CARW and the National Association of REALTORS has been following this issue closely, particularly over the past several months as changes have been announced. At CARW’s July board meeting, directors heard from one of the State’s providers as to how an AHP could work for CARW. The changes, while in effect soon, will take some time to implement. At the core, the new AHPs will allow for contract employees, or those completing 990s, to pool for insurance. We are fully engaged on the issue and will continue to communicate with you on the status. We are pulling a survey of members as well, to evaluate possible usage and adoption of such a plan.
