CARW is proud to share that Alexis Strode, our Membership & Operations Director, has been selected for the 2026–2027 class of ACRE (Associates in Commercial Real Estate). The cohort kicked off with a reception on September 23.
Run by LISC Milwaukee in partnership with Marquette University’s Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership, MSOE, and UW–Milwaukee, ACRE is a 24-week program that builds the next generation of commercial real estate leaders. Participants study finance, design, construction management, and property management. They learn from industry professionals and finish with a capstone project presented to industry leaders. Since 2004, more than 330 professionals have completed the program, and many of them are now part of Milwaukee’s commercial real estate community.
Many CARW members know Alexis as the person who keeps our membership, NextGen, Technology Committee, and the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter running smoothly. ACRE will give her a deeper look at the deals and disciplines behind our members’ work, along with new connections she’ll bring back to CARW.
Please join us in congratulating Alexis! If you’re an ACRE alum, reach out and welcome her to the network.
