The Catylist team and technology sub-committee gathered on Friday, June 8th to discuss next steps for the data exchange. To date there are nearly 30,000 available properties throughout the state and more than 32,500 available spaces. 6,400 sale comps and more than 900 users. The markets are nearly 100% built out and are being researched and updated continuously. Adoption and usage of the email system has been high and members have said they enjoy the flexibility of the system and ability to make changes on request. Members of the committee asked for submarket hot-sheets featuring highlighted properties for sale or lease. In addition they pushed for a mid-year market report showing notable transactions in the marketplace.
