The Deal of the Year Awards & Annual Meeting celebrates Wisconsin’s most notable commercial real estate professionals and transactions. Established to recognize accomplished CARW members, the awards honor those who have demonstrated exceptional achievement in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a particular focus on the deal-making, negotiation, and brokerage expertise it takes to bring these transactions to the finish line.
