As many of you know, CARW has been working with REDIComps and Catylist to fill a need in the Wisconsin Real Estate market around the sharing of data, listings and researched commercial real estate information. The data exchange has been building over the past four months and the team has been adapting to the markets with your help and guidance. We are confident that this platform is and will continue to exceed your expectations. Email broadcasting, researched listings, statewide coverage and retail mapping are only some of the benefits of this custom system.
The goal is to have a flat rate for all services provided through the system. The State’s largest economic development organization, WEDC, has adopted the system along with a number of other economic development groups.
Invoicing:
If you have logged into the system at any point, you have received an invoice. This invoice is for use of the system starting in the second quarter of 2018 with no charges assessed in the the first quarter of 2018. The preferred rate for CARW members and non-members is $95 / month with flexible term and payment options. We have received a nf calls from people who do not recognize the invoice or the system, particularly non-brokers, who we had loaded into the system to allow for access and visibility. If you will not be using the system, you do not need to pay for the system and can contact us to deactivate and cancel your invoice. We will continue, however, to proactively research all listings with the goal of having the most complete and accurate data for the State.
Sale Comps:
Just this week, additional historical sale comps have been loaded into the system bringing the counts to over 6,000! New sale comps are being added and researched daily. Contact us if you have a need for additional historical (dating back to the early 2000’s), or outstate sale comps and we can work with you to leverage REDI’s “REDIComps” application on request.
The WCDE Team:
There is a full team of experienced professionals dedicated to servicing you and the CARW WCDE. The team includes Researchers who specialize in listings management, aggregating and researching sale comps, market analysts for data audits and creating Advisory Board supported market reports, sales and support (on site and virtual).

What’s Next?
The REDIComps team continues to build out the property universe and has re-instated the Advisory Boards. They are working with other 3rd party resources to bring in national tenant & mortgage data.
This is GREAT progress and we are so pleased with the buy-in to date.
