CCIM Wisconsin is now accepting scholarship applications for CI 101! Anyone who completes the scholarship application and registers for the course by September 1 will receive a $500 scholarship, paid upon successful completion of the course.
What is CI 101?
CI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate is the foundational course in the CCIM designation curriculum. The course introduces the core financial concepts and analytical tools used to evaluate commercial real estate investments, helping participants better understand investment decision-making and communicate with clients and colleagues.
