The Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services requires all real estate licensees to complete 18 hours of continuing education during each two-year licensing period (biennium) in order to renew your license. This is accomplished by completing six 3-hour classes included in the current biennium’s curriculum and passing the exams for each class. CARW and WRA offer affordable class and online options to satisfy your licensure continuing education credits.
