CARW Members,
It’s that time of year again—membership renewal season!
We are currently reaching out to members to verify contact information, renewal status, and any members who should be added or removed from your company roster. Please keep an eye out and respond to our emails, texts, and/or phone calls. Our goal is to make sure every member who wishes to renew has the opportunity to do so before the December 1 deadline.
Membership dues will be sent via individual renewal links in October, as they were last year. If your company would prefer to receive renewal links in bulk through one company contact, please let me know. We will also offer this option to larger companies during our outreach.
As you review your membership information, please let us know of any typos, incorrect information, or individuals who may be missing from your company roster. We rely on your team to flag any changes so we can make sure your 2027 membership information is accurate before renewals are processed.
Please note that our new system will automatically drop unpaid members on January 1. Payments received or processed after January 1—including checks or credit card payments submitted after business hours on December 31—may be subject to a new member fee. We strongly encourage renewing by December 1 to avoid any interruption in membership.
