On October 22nd, the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW) will celebrate an individual as an honoree of the CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame Award. This is an award that recognizes commercial real estate practitioners who have impacted the industry and CARW over their lifetime.
Recipients of this award will designate a one-year scholarship to a four-year Wisconsin college or university student studying real estate through the CARW Foundation. Past recipients include Mike Mooney, Deb Sobczak, James Barry III, Max Rasansky, and Thomas Bernachi. We strive to stay connected to these students in the future and keep them in our industry!
We are thrilled to announce the 2025 CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame Inductee: Bill Quinlivan.
Bill Quinlivan is a Senior Real Estate Advisor with Colliers Wisconsin. With over 30 years of experience, Bill is a seasoned real estate strategist and advisor at Colliers, specializing in guiding corporate clients on optimizing real estate portfolios across Wisconsin, the United States, and internationally.
Bill collaborates directly with C-suite executives to integrate real estate strategy into their broader financial, operational, and risk management frameworks. He plays a pivotal role in shaping long-term planning, forecasting, and execution of clients’ non-liquid real estate assets—ensuring alignment with corporate culture and goals.
At Colliers, Bill is recognized for his hands-on, consultative approach—balancing financial rigor with creative solutions and deep local market insight. His extensive track record includes advising clients through acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and portfolio restructuring.
A respected voice in the industry, Bill is committed to delivering results that maximize value and mitigate downside risks, while helping clients navigate complex real estate landscapes with confidence. Bill is the past President of SIOR Wisconsin – Society for Industrial and Office REALTORS, and was instrumental in helping Wisconsin serve as host for its first Great Lakes Regional Conference.
