2025 Deal of the Year Recap

MILWAUKEE – The Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CARW), the voice of commercial real estate for Wisconsin, is pleased to announce the organization’s 2025/26 Board of Directors and the 2025 commercial real estate Deals of the Year. The announcements were presented to an audience of more than 300 commercial real estate professionals in attendance at the Deal of the Year Awards and Annual Meeting event on October 22nd, 2025, at The Grain Exchange in Downtown Milwaukee.

The prestigious CARW Deal of the Year recognition was awarded in five categories: Development, Industrial, Investment, Office and Retail. A complete list of nominees can be found by visiting www.carw.com.

“Commercial real estate professionals have once again proven that creativity and collaboration are driving forces in advancing our economy,” said Tracy Johnson, CARW President and CEO. “The diversity and caliber of this year’s nominees and recipients truly highlight the significant impact our members have across the entire State of Wisconsin. This year, we saw nominations from every corner of the state, representing deals that closed between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025.”

At the Annual Awards Event, CARW, through the CARW Foundation recognized one inductee into the CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. The Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those who contribute to the commercial real estate industry and to CARW. The CARW Foundation will give a scholarship in their name to a UW-Milwaukee which recently launched a commercial real estate certificate. The 2025 inductee is Bill Quinlivan is a Senior Vice President with Colliers Wisconsin. Bill is a Past Chair of CARW and was highly influential in many projects and people in the industry.

CARW also recognized CRE Data Visionary of the Year, Trent Poole of CBRE for his leadership within the commercial real estate data space and the Moody’s platform for CARW.
