On Wednesday, October 23rd, CARW hosted the Deal of the Year Awards & Annual Meeting, which recognized Wisconsin’s most notable commercial real estate professionals and transactions. The awards event was created to highlight accomplished CARW REALTOR® members who have displayed exceptional achievement in sale and/or lease transactions.
Submission categories include Office, Industrial, Retail, Investment, Development, and more! Deals must have been completed between August 1, 2023 – July 31, 2024.
The CARW Foundation also honored an inductee to the CARW Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. This award recognizes a Commercial Real Estate practitioner who has impacted the industry and CARW over their lifetime. For 2024, CARW recognized Max Rasansky for his exceptional 40 years in the commercial real estate industry. Max was surrounded by friends and family who attended the event and was presented with the award by his three children.
As part of this recognition, Max will have a donation made in his name in the form of a scholarship to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. This scholarship will go to a college student studying real estate from the CARW Foundation. We hope to stay connected to these students in the future and keep them in our industry!
Nathan Winkel of NEWMARK was recognized at the CRE Data Visionary of the year for all of his work with CRE data to support our industry.
