Wisconsin licensed real estate brokers/salespersons are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education each biennium. The 2021/22 biennium will conclude December 14, 2022, at which point CE will need to be finished. CARW will be offering 18 hours of Commercial CE this fall and has been working with instructors to make these courses even more focused on Commercial-specific issues. Courses will include case studies, examples from the various firms, and more.
