Q: Which projects are you most excited about?
A: While it’s easy to get excited about skyline-altering high-rises, I’m most excited about recent “quality of life” projects including The Hop, the proposed BRT system, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra’s concert hall, and the array of new food halls, restaurants, and entertainment venues opening around Milwaukee. I believe these investments will be crucial from a talent retention & attraction perspective; additionally, they’ll continue to signal to the investment community that Milwaukee is an exciting, dynamic city which ought to be on everyone’s acquisitions radar.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: Milwaukee has a tremendous number of good restaurants, but right now I’m really into Snack Boys in Walker’s Point. I love 80’s/neon atmosphere and everything on the menu is creative and delicious.
Q: What made you choose commercial real estate?
A: Commercial real estate is a relationship-driven business, and I love forging relationships and interacting with people.
Q: What is one word that comes to mind when you think of CARW?
Q: What is your biggest takeaway from our NextGen meetings?
A: I’m excited to learn from my contemporaries who work in specialties that are distinct from but related to investment sales.
Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be?
A: My great-grandfathers. Both passed away shortly after I was born, but my family members still speak very fondly of them. I’d love to meet them as an adult and hear their advice on life.
