Before joining Strategies\, Bill served as Managing Partner of Madison-based Capitol Consultants\, Inc.\, a government relations and public affairs firm\, for over 23 years. He worked with both public and private sector businesses\, as well as nonprofits\, to build strategic relationships\, manage their public images\, and implement grassroots advocacy programs. Bill previously served as Chief of Staff to former Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson\, and then as Gov. Thompson’s campaign manager during his successful third-term gubernatorial campaign in 1994. Gov. Thompson’s landslide 67% victory was the second-highest margin in state history and the largest margin since 1922. Following the election\, Gov. He is a veteran of three presidential campaigns\, statewide campaigns for Governor and U.S. Senate\, and has worked on campaigns for offices up and down the ballot across the country. Since founding Zepecki Communications\, LLC\, Zepecki has helped a broad range of organizations work to achieve their strategic goals. SUMMARY:CE Opportunity | CCIM Designation Course Available - Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate (CI 104)
DESCRIPTION:CI 104 encompasses the entire life cycle of an investment\, from refinancing to capital improvements to disposition. Within each case study\, you will encounter a key investor decision: Should a non-taxable investor acquire an investment with or without debt financing? What if the investor is taxable? During the holding period of an investment\, should an investor make a discretionary capital expenditure or not? How does an investor evaluate disposition alternatives? \nCI 104 uses advanced analyses to build on the core CCIM concepts. Sensitivity analysis allows you to pinpoint exactly how slight changes in market fundamentals affect investment goals. Risk analysis uses past performance to anticipate how an investment is exposed to external and internal threats. Learn how to mitigate those threats through smart planning and negotiations. \nAfter completing this course\, you will be able to: \n\napply key investor decision-making analyses to optimize investment returns;\nmore effectively forecast investment performance by quantifying real estate risk; and\nleverage CCIM analytical tools to improve decision-making.\n\n6 CEUS AVAILABLE UPON COMPLETION \nPrerequisites:  \n\nCI 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate\nCompletion of one of the following interest-based negotiations courses:\n\nPreparing to Negotiate (self-paced online)\nCommercial Real Estate Negotiations (one-day workshop)\n\n\n\n\nLOCATION\n1st floor Conference Room\n250 E Wisconsin Avenue\nMilwaukee\, WI 53202 \n\nTUITION\nCCIM Member Rate: $1\,435\nCARW Member Rate: $1\,575*\nNon-Member Rate: $1\,735 \n\n\nREGISTER HERE \n\n*Contact membership@carw.com for CARW member rate \n
